2015 - fat. Fast food. No exercise. City life. Car. 2016 - first car accident. First fracture. New to outdoor adventure. Started walking. Always last. Always tired. 2018 - attended many training camps. Shifted to Himalayas. Rafting. Yoga. Treks. New people. Youngsters. Fought my fears. 2022 - completed fifteen Himalayas treks above twelve thousand feet. Hundreds of day hikes. Started solo overnight treks. Started triathlon for the fun of it. Living at seven thousand feet. Well adapted to mountain and cold. One meal a day.
