Scream It Louder
We screamed Back Lives Matter, you rebutted with All Lives Matter. Where are you at when POC are continuing to be killed, oh that's right, with your nose turned up because that's where you're skilled. Where is the anger and outrage from the indigenous being murdered, oh that's right, it's tucked over there in the corner. When a transgender child was killed you said oh well, and condoned the violence because they were mentally ill. When the voices of minorities are continuously being muffled, don't run, just walk, on wait did you just stumble? It wasn't about All Lives now was it. If it was why aren't you standing up with them, even for a little bit? It wasn't about the equality movement, if it was start acting like it and show us you're doing it. For the next time you scream All Lives Matter ask yourself do you really mean it. The minorities are getting louder and growing quite sick of it. We take to the street's to be heard and seen, you do realize how many people would rather watch us bleed? For next time stand unprotected on the minority side, for the things you'll hear and see will take you for a ride. We have never condoned the violence of others, why are we standing here when children are burying their mothers? Say their names as they won't be the first or the last, shout it louder so they don't forget the past. -MATK
