Is it easy for you to say “No” to something? Or does it take some effort and power to do so.

I used to hold an initial assumption that everyone's decision is always right/ correct no matter what type of mode, background or mbti they are from so mostly simply answer "Yes" and rarely "No" because most people are a bit hard to accept "No" as an answer. If I could change one thing about my life, it would be not simply follow someone's suggestion/activity or crowd. After so many years, I have come to realize that sometimes the person who was keep suggesting me on something actually not suitable for my condition and time is limited. I have sacrifice a lot of my time (hours) just to wait for a friend that keep promising to meet me at certain location after school.
