Does anyone know any recipes for different mug cakes that go in the microwave or desserts dont have to be baked and can just go into the fridge? My college dorms don't have a working oven and I am a stressbaker in need of relief.

Hi Aiden. My favorite is apple crumble. Slice 1 medium apple. Combine 1 Tbsp of butter, 1/4 cup oats, 1-2 Tbsp brown sugar and sone cinnamon. Toss the apple slices in the oat mix. Place in a microwave mug/bowl and cook for @ 45-60 seconds. Give it a stir and enjoy. This is from memory so my measurement might be off a little

Cookie dough any works but I like sugar cookies, apple sauce, and cinnamon to taste. Put a cookie worth in the cup top it with a few spoonfuls of apple sauce and add another cookie on top, microwave in 1 minute bursts till the top cookie is done to liking. Sprinkle cinnamon on it and enjoy warm or cold

Chocolate no-bake cookies, all you'll need is one stovetop burner and a pot. Google the recipe, super quick and easy and once they've set you can throw em in a ziplock bag or a container with a lid and just leave em on the counter or whatever so no space in the fridge is used

Do you have a pan with a lid? Some times i have tried with it instead of the oven and got quite good results. It's just a bit tricky to get the right temperature.

I like to keep a couple dough balls in the freezer whenever I feel like a cookie (or 2 or 3 lol) so I can always have a nice crispy and gooey warm cookie without having to commit to mixing up a whole batch. Anyone else kind of meal prep but for baking?
