Dumb reason to get blocked

Question

So, I have been talking to this one girl for almost a week. She comes to me because she is having her "girl problem" (all ladies out there can probably relate) so she tries to hit me up for money to buy products. Now I say no for a few reasons: We barely met, we still haven't met in person, and we aren't dating.

Now she threatened to block me over this and saying that I don't love her. I told her as sympathetic I feel, that is no reason to block someone. Then again, I could only imagine what kind of mental distress someone might go through during that time.

Good grief, RUN. Be grateful you got blocked. 
If someone you met a week ago asks you for money BAIL IMMEDIATELY. Ghosting is the RIGHT thing to do.
