I'm trying to get back into the habit of playing DDR regularly as my daily cardio. I'm working on a short list of songs to play right now. I'm in the 7 to 9 difficulty range. Where sevens are on the easy side for me and nines nines might make me quit. At the peak I was doing 11s 12s with the occasional 15 but usually not passing. Anubis is my starter. I feel like it Predicts how the session is going to go. I typically don't do a do-over for that one. Queen of light is probably going to be my closure for a workout. I feel like the crossovers unfamiliarity make it a good one to go out on without pushing me too much.

In Majima cosplay DDRing

This was a few months ago at Kawaii Kon 2024 convention in Hawai'i. I cosplayed as Goro Majima from Yakuza 0, and played a custom DDR chart of 24-Hour Cinderella. Omg, playing in dress shoes... 😵 had to look good to play DDR, for the video!! (edited)

My first 95+ score in DDR

I can't believe it I have managed to get a score higher than 95. This is a major sign in my improvement in this game. Can't wait to get a 99.

Slowly getting better

This is the highest score of the night however. I'm now in level 7 in songs. Even though I can't get a perfect combo or a score of 90 or higher. I am managing to get a score of not lower than 80. So I just have to keep up the grind until I reach 8.
