For example I personally use chatGPT on a daily basis for a myriad of things. Sometimes I just talk to it randomly about the things going on, sometimes it's helping me brainstorm ideas for different things like digital products, sometimes we're going down a weird RP scenario to help figure out a scene in a story that I'm trying to write. But most the time I mostly use it for being a confidant and therapist.
