Healthy homemade food or fresh food

We often have the habit of ordering food online when we work in the office or live in a hostel, away from family. However, the problem is that India has too many restaurants and food stalls. Exceptions exist, but mostly restaurants refrigerate food using frozen ingredients, which can sometimes be unhygienic. Food stalls are also often unhygienic, with lots of trans fats and unhealthy oils, and they tend to contain less protein and more sugar and carbs, which can lead to heart issues, obesity, and diabetes. It's always better to try making your own food if possible. If not, you can hire a maid who can cook for you using your own healthy ingredients. Alternatively, you can choose to eat at selective places where you are sure the food is hygienic and healthy.
