I've been going to the gym for roughly eight months seriously and honestly I've never felt better. If you are ever worried about not fitting in at the gym at 30 just do it but stick with it.

Wow. I thought doing elliptical and cardio would make jumping rope a breeze. Absolutely not. Unfortunately, couldn't do a full 30 mins because did it during my lunch. I had to eat still.
