I love food. But…

I’m working on losing my quarantine weight (aren’t we all lol). Aside from tea / drink more water - what’re some good snack options for when you’re feeling hungry but already ate enough for the day? No artificial sweeteners please, Im allergic :)

Fruits. I find that fruits high in water content help you feel more full: apples, oranges, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, etc.

I usually do canned fruit in natural syrup. I will eat half a can of pineapple rings or peaches, pears. It's not perfect but satisfies my appetite and my sweet tooth.

Good tip - I forgot the fruit “trick”, something along the lines of grapes are more filling than raisins. Someone posted a pic of coffee/tea and some grapes lately and that sounds delightful.

If I need a small but "filling" snack skinny pop is a good alternatives, 3 cups is around 150 calories. coffee/tea helps curve appetite. It might be counter intuitive, but sometimes I'll exercise more to be able to squeeze in another meal.
