Homemade sourdough pumpkin pie cinnamon rolls and original sourdough cinnamon rolls

My friend who is allergic to cinnamon wants me to try altering to a sourdough strawberry cheesecake "cinnamon" roll. Might take some trial and error but I think I know how ill do it. Also in the next couple days of going to start the long process of homemade Croissants.
