Sad start to the new year

My roommates cat just had to be put down. We just made him a grave 5 minutes ago. I have two get my two cats tested now, for feline leukemia. I’m not ok.

Blood donation

I just got turned away from giving blood because I used my asthma inhaler this morning. Apparently i cannot donate blood unless i can go 7 days without needing my inhaler. A moment for the departed. Today would have been for fathers 78th birthday. He died nearly 14 years ago after a year-long battle with leukemia. This is just a moment for anyone who has family that has passed to take a moment for their loved one.
