I don't have high pain tolerance but I have a high pain endurance. I can be in a horrible flair up and still endure the day but the moment the pain affects my head - I'm a big baby.

Everyday i wake up Then i start to break up..

Joint pain

Does anyone have good ways of dealing with joint pain when it gets cold? My go to is either heating or cooling packs depending on how I'm feeling, and I try to avoid pain meds. But the cooling pack isn't doing much today (I have hip pain, sometimes knees too)
