Time to be a gym rat again

Last October I was 92lb now im 170lb do to medication and autoimmune problems this new weight is unreal because I can lift more i have more power. The shape of me feels wrong but its time to be consistent

I just got out of the hospital and am recovering from autoimmune, Please help me get out of the house guys😭I miss my corporate Job were I was a dehydrated Slave for 15 an an H it was my life now idk what to do.I feel worthless ✔️

Good news following Vet visit 🥳

So for those of you who don't know, Beans has had poorly eyes, to the point we feared permanent blindness. His eyes are now both healed (with minimal scarring). However he will be on Steroids for life, as he has an autoimmune issue that's attacking his eyes specifically.
