It's okay to crash out. You deserve to crash out sometimes. Stop that peaceful and quiet healing journey. Be completely feral, and be a total menace to those who hurt you and cause you the pain. Do it for a plot

Time to be a gym rat again

Last October I was 92lb now im 170lb do to medication and autoimmune problems this new weight is unreal because I can lift more i have more power. The shape of me feels wrong but its time to be consistent
