Just Me Showing My Wash Day Antics...

...as well as my Psoriasis and how its wrecking my face at the moment. You can't see it that well because of the filter, but I don't wear makeup and I HATE when my flares target my face 😤🤦🏾‍♀️😭

Hereditary issues

I am looking for advice on how to deal with hereditary issues. I have insomnia, diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, psoriasis scalp and skin dries up fast, major flat footed. Just wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to deal with all that? Thanks in advance
