Night 🌙 night 😴

It's my bedtime but I got a migraine..

Ow, Pain!

Oh my, thankfully I'm not in the FAT division (looking for money discrepancies), if I were, I'd be dead, sih.. And with this kind of workload that I face every day, I often get a migraine haha But still I'm so grateful, alhamdulillah 🥹

Sepsis sucks

GETTING BETTER ATLEAST

Ow, pain!

Sad

Migraine

beach trip

Boooooooookkkkkkssssss

Have a blessed night!

Another migraine...can't sleep again.

Eh meh

People, I would be grateful for any encouragement for tomorrow and I'll explain why.

I think I'm a migraine for some people 🥺😂

Lord.. I don’t mind being single forever but at least make me a billionaire. Just paid to replace 4 tyres and it gave me a migraine. 💀

Wheel of Fire

Insomnia

Creative block

I need to grow my calf muscles

Short walk today.

Had the worst headache during the night until morning. Was going to call in sick until the migraine started to dissipate. I thought maybe I could go to the gym; but I wouldn't be able to train squats as originally planned.

The reality of living with mental illness

Migraine season

My current mood.

Ugh!! Today at work bro was so much today.

I hate migraines

I don't know if I'm giving myself a migraine, or 120kg is my limit. The technique I'm still discovering, maybe the bar needs to rest higher? Maybe 4d wasn't enough recovery? I need quad stimulus.

I been struggling with this migraine the past 2d, yesterday until now it's bearable. But the 1st day the pain was terrible and I somehow had to last through the Odyssey after 6pm...

Migraine = long sleep

Sensory issues are confusing

I can't believe the barbell slipped off my shoulder as I stood up with 127.5kg🏆PR attempt 1st try😱 2nd attempt, you tell me if I went all the way down... 👀 Immediately attempted 130kg because it's been a long time coming with all the injuries, but unfortunately failed thrice...

My nightmare could potentially be made into a horror movie
