Well I walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill, 3000 steps, 147 calories at 3 mph and I feel pretty tired now. I’m clearly not “Forrest Gump autistic” 😮‍💨 also my feet hurt because I’m wearing leather Rockport walking shoes but they’re very old and uncomfortable now 😵‍💫

Why do so many people go to the grocery store high on weed?? They should make recycling ♻️ cans and bottles at the machines high a federal offence. Seriously 😒 if you’re too high to function, just stay home where you’re not breaking recycling machines and pissing people off

I waited 25 minutes behind this guy who was abusing the recycling machine and he caused it to malfunction. I had to walk 2 km to get to that store and then I walked 2 km back home without even recycling my cans. I don’t have patience for potheads 😓

I’m doing an apple cider vinegar and warm water soak in my foot bath. I smell like salad dressing 😵‍💫 I hate having a toenail fungus. I need to probably get an antifungal ointment from the pharmacy. This is my third attempt with a natural remedy and it’s not working 😮‍💨

And this toenail fungus might be contagious. Good thing I use peroxide on my socks 🤔

Well I was planning to take an Ayurvedic shower 🚿 today but the hot water heater’s been malfunctioning lately because it’s 12 years old and it was a room temperature shower of 15-20 C 🥶 I got a mild arrhythmia coming out of the shower and my heart rate on my oximeter was 115 even at rest

Case in point, we need a new water heater sooner rather than later. Cold water isn’t good for my heart 💜
