Tom scepticism (my current philosophy, yes I named it after myself 😂)

I believe certain knowledge doesn't exist there are only beliefs and no matter how ridiculous they hold some validity though some appear to serve us better than others, my conclusion based on this is we should seek beliefs that serve us and disenchant those that harm us, building our own personal belief systems and respecting everyone else's. Can you tell my arrogance is in full swing today 😂 if there's already a name for this philosophy I'm all ears, I'm happy to be corrected 😁, apart from that what do you believe?
