What do you define as love? Is it a permanent thing for you?
I believe love is permanent until it isn’t. Love to me is the ability to let someone go. Like the famous quote “if you love something let it go if it come back it your if it doesn’t it never was” to follow up my second questions I believe we can love forever if we were immortal bit since we’re not love isn’t a permanent thing but it has it capably to be if it were possible

I love easily and deeply. Love isn’t as simple as letting go or holding on, it’s doing what you can to nurture the things you love so that they can grow into whatever they’re supposed to become. The desire to learn how to communicate more clearly to them and to find a way to encourage the things you love about them. When love is reciprocated, it grows deeper over time. Love is never in a permanent state. It’s an active process. If you let go of someone you love without ever making a welcoming space for them to return to, you’ve guaranteed that the love will wither away in time.

I see love as exactly what it is, a chemical reaction that compels animals to breed and makes them dumb but I can't ignore the fact that it's needed for a relationship to survive, can it be permanent? No, it's as finite as we are so unless someone figures out the secret to immortality, permanent love is impossible, unless you mean a life long relationship, then it's possible but very hard to maintain.

Love is a living thing. It changes as you grow in it. The love you feel for another person changes as you do. It can be romantic and then platonic, and back again. I don't believe in "The One Love of My Life". I believe in "the love of my life right now" and if that love grows and changes together with the people in it, until they are old and grey, perfect. If the love changes into something else ardent as the relationship goes in separate directions, we should learn to accept that too.
