Hmm.. I think I recently found a principle that I follow almost always in my life. It's something I started to understand in 2021, and now everything is kinda coming togheter: "Observe, and let it flow" I always try to observe myself, my emotion and the world outside me, without stopping, or clinging on anything. Without judging. It's a difficult exercise, but It literally is the starting point for everything in my life.
