I just came home and my plant is all drooped over like this! Why?? How can I fix this?

Shove a stick next to it and tie up the plant with the stick so it can hold it straight.

I think they just tried to kill themselves, they just didn't have enough strength to fully jump.

Usually when is too hot or put too much water goes like this, or it might need a support to stay tall

Will not be a problem it will recover, Succulent plants(idk if the correct term), are extremely durable. it's mostly water based issue, overwater/underwater, or the lack of oxygen reaching the roots because of non breathable soil. Those plants only require water once a month or less. If you over watered try draining the soil. If non water related and the plant is in the same pot for long, you might need some fertilizer to reinvigorate the soil

If the earth is dry try watering, otherwise it could be the opposite: too much water near the roots. You should lift it from the pot and place it on newspaper, gently removing the soaked soil at the base of the roots, and finally repot it in a dry place and avoid watering until it recovers. Trim away any leaves or yellowed parts.

Tie some sort of support on it to keep it up right and look up how much water and sun that specific plant generally requires. It's probably getting too much of something or not enough of something.

It could be the position in front of the window. But the soil looks a little dry. It will come back.  They are very tough plants.
