Inner child healing is the key

Most of our limitations and problems are outcomes of our childhood traumas. 🫣 Self-esteem issues: A child who has been raised ton continuously seeking affirmation from caregivers will grow-up as adult with lower self-esteem. ❤️‍🩹 Conditional love: Children whose caregivers never show their love until they feel satisfaction, will feel the least sense of unconditional love toward others, also would feel ok to involve in toxic relationships where they translate controlling acts and manipulation as true love. 🪽 Abundance issues: Children who have been raised on a sense of limitation, will develop a narrower life perspectives that will keep them away from percieving the unlimited opportunities that life may bring. 💞 Lackness of emotinal intelligence: Children who have been raised as extensions of their caregivers personalities will lack self awareness as adults. The majority of our issues can be avoided if we look back to our childhood and start a re-parenting process to calm down the inner child to keep him away from driving our emotions and the perception of our existence.

Trauma is the reductionist word of this decade. Inner child work is useful but that's rather like pointing to a car with gunky engine and saying that's the main issue, but ignoring the fact it has no wheels, no steering wheel and is infact a toy car. We are incredibly complex. Many aspects of the self can be wreaking havoc, as can biological causes.
