Are people in their 30s supposed to look and act a certain way? Because I'm always told I look younger and don't act like someone my age, it's so confusing I'm literally just myself and happen to look young Someone explain Because I'm guessing people think others in their 30s are wrinkly or something lol 30s is when my life peaked tbh

It's the same in your 40s. Life is really just getting on properly in your 30s and 40s yet anyone younger than that acts like your life is ending. Then they hit that age and well the same complaints come up. Understandable some people in their 30s and 40s look and act like they are in their 60s sometimes but it's not the norm. For the record there is no way to "act your age" at that point as long as you are still acting like an adult which is what you actually are at that point. The parameters for that are constantly shifting though. Just enjoy yourself and let the others learn their mistake later. (edited)

I can't tell by your photo how old you look but I'm told all the time that people think I'm in my 30s, and when I was in my 30s people told me I looked like I was in my 20s. I am pretty immature, admittedly. I also hide from the sun so I don't have the wrinkles other men my age have, and my family doesn't go gray til 60. Lol
