Ego is trapped in the illusion of it's own sense of separateness, it strives to proove its own imprisonment Life is difficult, we are all trapped in this place, suffering, a common circumstance of experience, bad things happen but we don't have to let them define us It starts with the first movement, a step forward or backwards, if you go the wrong direction change it sooner than later as things are harder and consequence more serious the longer we stay on a bad road Chosen subject + optional thoughts = our inner monologue - what we are indirectly feeding to our 'heart'. Who is responsible for this at the end of the day? Where you place your attention is your heading. Don't like it? swipe left to a new topic Give good nothing to oppose so it's load is light and way is easy If love comes from a quiet gentle place and reactions from the loud and disturbed, aught self effort be made to give love the chance it deserves? The only real treasure may be having golden intentions at all times. If your not in a position where you can try again then you'v psychologically checkmated yourself with a closed mind. Be open minded to avoid self blocking. Even when we can't see the sun it is still in the sky, just like the light at the end of every dark tunnel, open your mind to the good so u can endure even when your vision is darkened Humans can give more credence to an idea than the reality Stress is just your body waking u up to choose your more chill self less obsessed self thinking your conclusion is the immutable end point rather than a working hypothesis may in itself be a logical fallacy When we think stressful things of a person we add to our negative score so to speak. Maybe this is what is meant by the idea of being a follower of the holy Go(o)d or the slanderous (D)evil, an image is created in us and the result is felt based on which side of the coin our focus is, what we look at with our mind has consequence regardless of if we have justified it to be rational. The body only reflects what we see in the mind and its own physical functions. its up to us to choose what the body has to reflect upon Everything u can say about what is or isn't is an obstruction to the space that exists in its absence Premise means to put before. Put before the present we tend to miss the present. Delay in spite of anger, Love despite feelings Resistance and rejections pulls you out of the moment from the novel to the rigid, known and set
