Please, for the love of god, express yourself in your relationship and friendships, people cannot read your mind and need to know when your upset or down, or they cannot help you. Leaving hints is not the same as just telling someone. Please ask for help, and if the person does not listen or brushes you off, maybe you need to reconsider your friendship/relationship with a conversation between the two of you. This is gold. I wish more would heed it. To add on if it is an issue that is hurting the relationship, specify that. There is a difference between "hey this is annoying, im letting you know but I can roll with it in small doses" and "this is causing me to lose attraction/ legitimately dislike you" most people will phrase serious issues like the former/make jokes about it, but if it is phrased similar to the latter then there is no confusion.

For me, im worried about becoming paranoid over the jokes and ribbing, so id appreciate serious communication.
