Caffeine can’t save you
Products with high caffeine, like energy drinks, advertise this illusion that you can keep going on empty. Keep doing your job without without satisfying other basic needs—like sleep! or a well balanced diet. What people don’t realize is something so innocent or small can hurt you in a big way…! Many are quick to assume that a car crash might be the product of a person that’s on drugs or drunk, don’t forget that they could also just be someone who needed their sleep, who worked long hours at their job and thought that caffeine could save them (for the greater good).
