ethics and radical activism

had a customer request smth outrageous today. shipping was over a hundred but she refused to pay more that doing this correctly would ask for and demanded packing as she instructed. I paid it in full myself anyway and told her I wouldn't take orders from her anymore. moral of the story is: there's a bottom line for anything, often neglected when the opposite end of the extreme is radicalized to the point nobody takes it srsly. I'm a shop owner and I feel both antagonized and not held accountable enough at times by current standards. animal cruelty is real but it's also realistic that when domesticated animals are legalized as commercial product, some ideals are far fetched as it's pretty much impossible to carry out as a mass distributor. we live in the real world, fight battles you can win.
