Anyone like chess?

Honestly I couldn't figure out what to write or talk about so, anyone know how to play chess? I know it's an unfavorable game with strategy and planning, but once you learn, it's like there's no other way!

I only play chess with people who don't play chess. It truly isn't fun to think about moves for a while and then the opponent perfectly reacting in a split second because they memorized the encyclopedia of chess strategies. It's an over-optimized game and it's better to play obscure chess variants.

What’s the weirdest card or board game you’ve ever bought?

For me it was a Japanese deck-building card-game called El Alamein. Basically it’s the North African campaign in WW2 if you replaced the participants with Moe Anime girls. I saw it at an Anime Convention I went to. And bought it because it was so niche.
