Just by cutting sugar 80% from my diet(mostly avoiding sweets) I Lost 2 and half kilograms in a month! *My underarms/armpits DOES NOT SMELL 🙄HENCE I DONT NEED DEODORANT. I dont crave sugary stuff no more. (edited)
