I have difficulty making friends. The anxiety I get from socializing makes me back out too much. Apparently I say things that make people disappear. I don't want to hurt anyone, I think it's miscommunication. Just yesterday night, I messaged someone who misread my tone and ghosted me. I don't think I'm worthy of friends at this point. All I do is dissapoint and waste my time and the time of others. My social anxiety is strong to the point it's like a brick wall I cannot bust through. I desire quality friendships but I'm not sure how people do it. I'm trying and it hurts me somewhat when people get the wrong idea. It might explain why I isolate myself quite a bit. I get nervous when communicating and also ruin potential friendships. I feel like I ruin everything.

You gain soical skills by keep going and communicating with people, your anxiety will also reduce the more skilled you are and the more you work on yourself makes you feel more comfortable. Also gotta consider that those people you communicate with could have their own personalities and difficulties(social skill,anxiety, depression, time pressure,...), it's not always you or ghosting. Anyways keep going and you'll end up with tons of people
