So, I have recently changed my profile and changed my interest to just saying "friends" as I now am in a relationship. However, I have enjoyed using Boo to also make FRIENDS. So I have my account still as I am still in search of friends, people to kick it with, hang out with, double date with or whatever fun (in a PLATONIC way). It has come to my attention that some of y'all have selected to look for "friends" but are looking for hook ups and for it to turn into a relationship ... why not just put that option? Despite other apps BOO allows you to select dating and then choose from short term, ling term, hook ups, and even unknown.... why not do that? And why not read peoples profiles before selecting the heart? Can we talk about it? Can y'all give me some insight? Because a dude has already taken it out on me for their lack of due diligence and THEIR choice in putting friends on their profile while actually looking for more. (edited)

Congratulations friend idk you but I’m happy for you. In addition to that I hope being here as also made you aware that although lots of people are here for many reasons in my observation it’s mostly for attention but it doesn’t invalidate the existence of genuine human beings who are capable of regular old fash friendship such as myself. In conclusion as much as even I want friends it can be challenging to filter who’s honest or who’s being intellectually dishonest if that makes sense.
