I was streaming a video game tonight, was very laid back, but it is always the best ending to my day! I grab a cold decaf coffee, put on my bunny ears, then hop online to stream. The people I talk to in the chat are always so wholesome and funny. They really get me through the hard times of my life with a smile on my face. I love them so much! Does anyone have a new hobby that has really gotten them through a hard time in their life?

Actually, it's not so new, but I've been into photography for the last 5 years. I've always loved the outdoors, but have grown to appreciate it even more spending a good deal of time purposefully looking for nature's beauty. It really helps me to get out of myself. It's a great escape to walk along the shores of Lake Superior or on Skyline Drive high above the city looking for that perfect capture. You know that saying about if you look for the negative you are always going to find it? It also holds true when looking for good things. This helps me a lot as my nature has always been, for whatever reason, to gravitate toward the negative. Nature photography has helped me get in the habit of looking for the beauty in life.
