Physical exhaustion and a good environment. Try walking more thorough out the day; 10,000 steps is a good goal. Or some form of calisthenics or weight training that you can comfortably do until you can't. This will burn up your energy and make your body want to rest to repair itself. Then make sure your sleeping area is as dark and quiet as possible. I like white/brown noise so I keep a fan running. Keeping your room a bit cold helps. This last tip might be me being weird but make sure the air is good. I hate stagnant air (another reason for the fan) and with it being winter sometimes the air gets way too dry so a humidifier is useful. You can even add lavender oil to some humidifiers, it's supposedly calming.
