I know you think is polite and normal to start conversations with” how are you” “what you do for a living” etc but for neurodivergent people small talk is hell so please be free to start conversations with anything but that lol info dumping even memes are ok (Nothing sexual)

I’m in Kent, UK 🇬🇧 one of my main passions is in advocating for fellow neurodivergent people, especially those who are autistic and ADHD, like me :) I find the mainstream mental health services don’t always understand and offer good therapy and support to those of us who are struggling

These are all true but consistency is a big thing too. Especially with neurodivergent individuals like myself. Even just unanswered texts could make a person feel dejected and unwanted. It's a struggle sometimes
