Is there alien life out there?

I used to believe that we aren't alone, especially considering the vastness of space and all those exoplanets that exist outside our galaxy. I used to think the odds of life forming was simple and something that can be done with just the right resources. However, I soon realized that life existing is not as simple as just having the right resources or ingredients. There are many factors at play that must be precisely tuned for life to exist. Any tiny changes of star systems, planets, laws of physics like gravity, chemistry/Biochemistry like amino acids, DNA sequences would be catastrophic for life. Add little or more gravity on Earth and watch the disaster unfold. Get rid of Jupiter and our planet will be destroyed by giant asteroids. Yes, Jupiter protects us from giant asteroids, although not all the time. Question is, what were the odds of Jupiter being in the right place to protect Earth? While naturalists like to argue nihilistic arguments like how we are nothing but a speck and everything is trying to kill us, does such view really have any merit when everything in the universe seems to be precisely tuned and just right for life to even exist, despite flaws in the system? Sure, our universe isn't perfect, and neither is life as we still face many diseases, but I don't think anybody can deny that our universe and biology are finely tuned nevertheless. A phenomenon in physics known as Fine Tuning, which some consider it evidence of design. Those who don't would resort to naturalistic theories like qauntum multiple universes, argument from necessity, or the universe designing itself. However, all of these theories are controversial and there is no scientific consensus as to how life on Earth originated. The odds of life existing somewhere out there doesn't seem as simple as Drake's equation, when that equation ignores the fine tuning parameters of the universe down to Biology. Taking all these into account, what are the odds then of any alien life existing out there? Even with all the planets out there and vastness of space, it seems inconceivable and incomprehensible how life on Earth even came to existence from a naturalistic perspective. Sure, there are reports of UFOs and so-called alien abduction stories, but these things aren't proof of alien life. UFOs could also be secret government projects or devices of fallen Angels, alien abductions could be explained psychologically like hallucinations, aliens could also be demons or shapeshifters in disguise. I don't think we will ever truly know how everything came to be. But in my personal belief, I believe we were created and maybe might be the only ones in the universe. (edited)
