What would you regret the most if you died tonight?
Got to thinking about this question after reading an article about how some Buddhists in Bhutan and elsewhere think about death five times a day to lead a happier and more accomplished life. It has motivated me to find my core accomplishment what would lead to happiness for me. And that is finding my Spiritual potential, connecting to the Oneness of all conscious beings would be my highest accomplishment, before my consciousness leaves this plane. Can you contemplate death five times a day and say what comes to your mind?

I would regret most not being able to convince my son to stop running from problems he has with people. Because you never know when they're the last time you're going to ever speak with him so you should always leave somebody in a good disposition with good understanding of each other cuz he hasn't talked to me for a while so that's what I would regret most is the guilt he would have to face.
