Nothing is permanent in our lives. It's more on putting your trust in them and trying to communicate your thoughts and feelings then aligning it as to where you can work on. Connecting to someone is just the start, but maintaining that consistently is the effort. 😄

Self care, couple therapy at least once every 3 months (no need to have troubles to seek professional assistance). Transparency and communication of needs and expectations. Be open about your desire and intimacy needs. Don't forget to spend time alone/ with your friends and your partner should too. Have a hobby for yourself where you can relax and unwind.
