It’s very subjective. I’d say it all depends on how safe you feel and how comfortable you are meeting with them. Ideally if you’re serious, always meet in a public place, could be at a park, restaurant etc. You could meet someone just after a few days, or after a month. Just depends on how ready you are :)

It really depends on how either feels. Some people need longer to talk before meeting, others might be like "hey, let's meet up right away" *suggesting several public places that might be great first meeting spots but being sure that both/all parties have the comfortability Knowing it'll be in a public place... Me, personally? It really depends on whether or not we clicked on a fundamental mental level ~ be it amount of similarities of interests because of all I have on common with someone is gaming/movie/music genres, that's really not enough in common to guarantee any actual friendship
