I'm confused.
I haven't been in a serious relationship in my life and I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to stuff like that. My heart rate rises and I start to feel panicked when I think about being intimate or making love with someone. I don't know of it's just because I don't have experience or if I need some help or something. I'm really embarrassed to try to bring it up to any of my friends or family and I don't know what to do about it anymore. It's made dating very hard. Whenever things start to get serious I panic and end up ghosting people and I don't know what to do anymore.
