Post relationship issues

When I was with my ex she slowly manipulated me into leaving all my friends behind and focus only on her. I dedicated myself to her, but that wasn’t enough. She cheated on me with multiple guys, so we broke up ofc. Now I struggle with not only trust issues, but also establishing new connections. Are there any others on this app with similar stories or any wise ones who could guide me into being able to regain enough confidence to chat with other women again?
