I have a genuine question for my fellow hair enthusiasts. From this picture is my hair wavy or not.

I went to bed an hour after taking a shower and that's how I woke up this morning. For general information - my father has a very tight curl pattern similar to that of Greeks, my twin brother also has a little bit of a looser curl pattern.
