I wanted to create a Boo themed game called Boo-ball.  Presently the idea is that it consists of two sets of balls (blue and red).  The blue balls nobody wants to touch and, conversely, the red balls everybody wants to touch. The goal is to keep all balls in play.  

Any suggestions on what the rules should be?  I'm still not sure if this should be a board game or something played on a court, like pickle ball.
