I need advice, what do I do if I’m not knowing how to feel happy? I just lost a two year friendship, been going through a break up, and struggling with mental health. I want to be happy but all I feel is depressed and miserable.

If you find out let me know. I went years without friends and nearly unalived myself. Knowing this though, I'm more reserved. Can't be sure how much you really mean to the other person unless they show you their sincerity.

I get ghosted all the time too, but don't let that bother you, jus look at it as a sign of protection.. Everyone not meant to be in your life. If you want to chat, send me a message, maybe I can notice something that causes the abandon situation
