This isn't some autistic idea. This is just an idea. Don't lump all spectrum people together. And it actually contradicts itself. Also some people in some aspects do have more value. If you need a medical procedure you want a doctor, not the secretary. In that particular instance there hopefully is a hierarchy. And someone being in charge or "above" someone doesn't necessarily mean exploitation. Sorry I feel this is a bad take.
