1ySolution to Disinformation is Individual
A recent study found that those with higher verbal I.Q. which is primarily a measurment of total vocabulary and comprehension are most capable of discerning truth online. The study found that there was no correlation between verbal I.Q. and level of education. The best indicator of verbal I.Q. was the number of books with greater than 300 pages that the person had read in the last 10 years. Those with the lowest verbal I.Q. agreed strongest with regulating speech online, engaged most frequently in speech policing, and had the strongest in-crowd bias. In other words, people who read books aren't swayed easily be false information and those who are most easily swayed by false information with the strongest biases want to place themselves or those they support in charge of regulating speech. Save the world from false information. Go read a book. (edited)

I think, I believe, that reading books is not the ultimate solution to struggle against those bias. I don't think that reading harry potter would help, for example. Latent predispositions are still necessary. And higher I.Q. people would then use more efficiently what they read and learn. As well as questionning knowledge at some point. Being member of associations like Mensa does not means you are freed from being victim of disinformation or fãke news. (I can testify) Mathematical logic understanding is the same as every other langages. Everyone shall remember that math uses its own langage, which always can be translated into another one.
