@Don it seems that everyone, but myself has a found a shiny in this game, I've done multiple mass outbreaks, and I'm currently masuda methoding for a shiny charcadet

There are some tricks to it. Outbreaks do make it a little easier but the key is sandwiches. Get the shiny charm too if you can complete the Dex
