Its a practice of habit. Social validation might feel good, but fun is what you do in the moment, letting go of all cares thoughts, worries... hakunamatata b$%ches. Put the sodded phone down and have fun. You dont need to post that crazy food recipe. You dont need to post a photo of yourself today, its been 24 hours. Chill. Dance because you want to, sing to the radio at the store, have a sense of humor, but you dont have to give it all away. You can keep some for yourself. Cherish some memories of you just simply being you without no one the wiser. I met a girl who liked to go to the pond. She'd have music with her, thats it. Totally rocking out sitting around enjoyong the water. Would be there everday just to hang out, feed ducks, and just breath. She never told anyone about it. It was just "her thing". I think that is f#%king cool. (edited)
