Joker: Folie à Deux

So i finally got an opportunity to watch it... Was it a bad movie? No. Was it worse than first one? Yes. You ever seen "Taxi Driver" and "The King of Comedy" ? They heavily influenced the first movie and the lack of that influence really makes the shortcomings of writing here more noticeable. Performances were great both acting and musically, but i'd honestly just watch Joaquin Phoenix for the entirety of 2 hours talking to himself in a mirror than any of scenes with "Lee Quinn". I love Lady Gaga, She is very talented and good looking woman... However this shallow, groupie characterization paired up with lack of believable development of their relationship makes the inclusion of her character pointless. Just like the first movie that had to be named Joker to attract attention, seems like this time around Gaga and Harley Quinn are taking that role. This movie made me wanna watch Lalaland again. It also made me wanna watch first movie again just so i could feel the bliss of undefined ending once more. We have once more a critic on society, only this time it's about making fun of people who liked Arthur Fleck as The Joker, murderer and anarchist, even when Arthur Fleck doesn't like to be seen that way. He just wants to be himself and be noticed and appreciated for who he really is. And that's not The Joker.
