Health effects are exaggerated

I think the health effects are exaggerated by people. Drinking is harmful but not as harmful as portrayed by some experts. Whether you are a social drinker or a non-drinker, you are not immortal. Heavy drinking impacts are massive, but not social drinking.

I agree all things in moderation but could In social drinking situations or unforseen complications arise that one would have been better suited for if not to have been drinking? Can one slip have extreme impacts that would have been avoided if met with a mind of sobriety? Would it happen the same regardless? Or not even at all for one who takes part in moderation?

outliers exist you are certainly correct in that point such as the good man with 3 beers that accidentally drives into a pole or is arrested. Once a bartender and emt I have witnessed many social drinkers fall into the unfortunate realm, but at a number that should marrit concur above that of even a rare occurrence. Would it not be far wiser to, if you are to drink keeping in mind that nothing is free from trouble and the possibility ups when hindered by even one drink rather than to feel bullet proof?

🤷‍♂️ you mean water? I don't drink because it takes too much to get a buzz or anything. It's too expensive and not worth it. Sure I'll have a drink out at dinner, but that's only because the occasional drink is good for your heart in the long run. Thinner blood is easier to pump. Your heart deserves a break once in a while, it's always working. Maybe cut down the work load by 2% once in a while as thanks for it doing such a good job 👍
