I think romance is easily bruised and hard to repair. The older you get the more people have gone through so it's harder to find someone who hanst been burned in someway. I do believe that romance can be nurtured with communication and patience. Especially if the people involved are fully committed to each others happiness... never give up and all that 💚

Romance is rare. It's not cherished or thought of. More and more people are detached due to a multitude of factors, the younger generations most especially. Societal dating has been ripped apart so badly that romance is dieing out. It's so hard to find someone that knows and expresses real romanticism.

Wow.
I very recently realized that I have difficulty receiving love. Creating a safe space for others comes naturally. Nurturing, listening, and comforting others is easy for me… but allowing myself to receive the same is extremely difficult. Does anyone else have issues with this?
